Grad Makeup Look

Grad season is here! We have created a makeup look that will complement all of our graduates. The champagne/bronze/pink tones are versatile and will pair nicely with many different dress colours & styles.

It's a neutral look that is simple to create on your own, for grad photos or on your special day. Read the instructions below, with links to the Pure Anada products used, or WATCH THE VIDEO as Lisa-Ann demonstrates this look, step by step.

To prep your skin, apply our Smooth Priming Serum.

After letting it dry, we chose to apply the Berry & Bouquet Hydrating Cream for extra hydration.

Next, use the Flattop Foundation Brush to apply the Smooth & Conceal Liquid Foundation. Be sure to blend into your neck.
The shade Alabaster matched Mia’s skin tone perfectly.

Cover any blemishes with the Prime & Perfect Liquid Concealer and use the Flattop Foundation Brush to gently blend.
For best results, apply the concealer onto your eyelids as a primer for your eyeshadow.
Using a Duo Eye Brush, dab the Liquid Concealer underneath your eyes. It helps brighten that area and covers up dark circles.
I used the Porcelain shade for Mia.

Then, using the Mini Kabuki Brush, lightly tap Pressed Foundation (Porcelain) to set the Liquid Foundation.

Use an Angled Blush Brush to contour the top of your forehead, cheekbones and nose with the Alluring Contour Pressed Powder. This will create a natural sun-kissed look.

Apply Dahlia Pressed Blush onto the apples of your cheeks with an Angled Blush Brush, using a sweeping motion going upwards.

To highlight the top of the cheekbones and the tip of your nose, apply Illusion Pressed Eyeshadow. Lightly brush it on, using a Tapered Blending Eye Brush.

Using our Duo Eye Brush, pat Clouded Pressed Eyeshadow onto your eyelid and blend into the crease. Then use a Tapered Blending Eye Brush to softly add Clouded Pressed Eyeshadow underneath your bottom lash line.

To enhance the vibrancy of the eyeshadow, spray the Victorian Facial Mist to the flat side of the Duo Eye Brush. Then press it into Champagne Luminous Loose Eyeshadow and gently apply it to the middle of your eyelids.
This will add a beautiful pop of shimmer.

To highlight the inner corners of your eyes and underneath your eyebrows, our Contour Crease Brush is perfect to apply Illusion Pressed Eyeshadow.

Line the outer corners of your eyes with our Brown Pencil Eyeliner. To create a softer look, blend it out using the angled side of the Duo Eye Brush

Be generous applying Black Mascara to the top and bottom eyelashes.

Fill in your eyebrows with the angled side of the Duo Eye Brush. We used  Clouded Pressed Eyeshadow.

If your lips are feeling dry, use a chapstick. We suggest Cocoa Mint. It’s one of our favourites!

Line and fill in your lips with the Pink Nude Lip Liner and apply Plum Exquisite Lip Gloss to make your lips shine.

To set the makeup, spray Victorian Facial Mist all over your face. It smells so amazing!

What we love about this look is that it’s easy to create, flawless and still very natural looking.

Have fun creating this look for your big day!
